Anyway took a chance and ordered one. Gettin it off a luthier who installed the nut and finished the frets (leveled,crowned,polished) should be great!!

Just got my WD Strat neck today and i`m VERY impressed!! Definitely on par with the better replacement neck companies like Warmoth, Musikraft and Allparts. Very happy indeed!!!!

Don`t want to let this thread go away just yet in hopes that someone out there is into WD replacement necks! *lol* If you`re not familiar with them,i would check them out. Great quality....and i`m a big Warmoth fan!!

Glad you're enjoying the neck. I'm always interested in cheaper parts as I'm always working on a budget, and things tend to be more expensive in the UK.

Not really cheaper,depends on what neck you buy. Also,they don`t come with a nut. The best bet (and what i did) is to find a completed neck on ebay or something like that. All the work that may needed to be done was already done by someone else!! :naughty: All in all i put this WD neck right up there in quality with most of the Warmoth necks i`ve had.
