Ive got a 60s Standard Paul with Burstbuckers. The neck is a mud bath through my main amp which is a Benson Monarch Plus. Looking at either Antiquities or Pearly Gates as replacement front runners for blues/jazz/rock/country. Would like opinions on those or any other SD pups. Thanks.

Antiquities or Pearly Gates are both fantastic in LPs and will scoop out the mud. The PGs have a little more treble, as well as 4 conductor wiring. Antiquities are 'aged' with traditional single conductor, and not potted. I love non-potted vintage pickups, but others can't stand them. If I was doing jazz and country along with blues and rock, I'd pick the Antiquites.
