Anyone tried these?

As part of my affiliate schemes to raise money for my website Shredaholic, I signed up with a guy who makes DIY pedal mods. I get quite a few orders through my site so they seem pretty popular, I was thinking about buying one myself (a script logo mod for a new mxr phase 90). I can solder so apparently if you can do that they're really simple to do. Anyone else had any experiences, eg ease of use, sound quality?
