Anyone try Alnico II Pros in a semi hollow?

Anyone try them in a 333 or 335 or similar?

I've played a 335 with a set of A2P's in them. Very nice warm tone with good cleans and very well defined when distorted.

I have a APH-II in the neck of my 335. Sounds Great !! A very Nice
contrast to the 59er in the bridge. The 59er is very bright and cutting.
The APH is very smooth and warm.

I use an a2 Seth Lover and a2 Custom Custom in my semi hollowbody Monoco. Not the same as a APH-II, but the Seth is sort of similar. Sounds great to me! Lew
