Anyone using a CM Noise Terminator?

Been checking out the Carl Martins lately and I like the sound of this one. Having 2 noise gate levels available sounds like a good idea. I cant tell from the description if the one button turns it on and off and switches between levels or if its always on if its inline.
Any users here?

It does not turn off, it is either soft or hard setting....
