Anywhere cheaper than Warmoth for an original Floyd Rose?

My licensed sucks and isn't cutting it for me. Anywhere in Canada would be nice also, but I would get one from the US too.

Lowest price i have seen for the original has been Warmoth..... I have seen other places look cheaper but they do not include the nut......

Good call, Zerb. Ed claims to beat anyone's price (just call him), but I don't know many people that have been overly fond of him. I went in his shop last year when I was in Vegas. He seemed ok, but his salesmen blew me off the second they saw I was just in there to look (didn't have enough cash to buy anything). If places act like they don't want my money, they usually won't get it. Probably can't beat his price, though.

I bought an Original Floyd Rose from Ed Roman- no problem- he was the cheapest I could find. He includes the locking nut in the price too, which most places sell for extra

I got mine from Warmoth, but make sure you tell them the following when you order, no matter where you get it from:

1. SPECIFY WHAT KIND OF PIVOT SCREWS YOU NEED. There are 2 different kinds: the kind that couples directly to the guitar, and the kind that screws into a sleeve which is counter-sunk into the guitar.

2.SPECIFY IF YOU WILL BE TOP OR REAR MOUNTING THE NUT.

I spent $170 on my OFR from Warmoth, and due to silly mistakes ended up having to pay another $60 for the correct nut and pivot screws. Learn from my stupidity!!!

I ordered mine from Ed Roman- he included both pivot posts- the screw directly to body type, as well as the more modern 2 piece design. He also included the screws to either top mount or rear mount the locking nut. Eliminated Twilightoddysey's problems
