Still not quite clear. Are you going to put a bridge PU in the neck slot? If so, it's going to be darker than a neck model, which has less windings. That may be a good thing, or not, depending on what you're trying to do. The ring's not the issue, it's the PU's resistance (ohms). Less resistance = more clarity and treble.

What am saying is that if i have 2 bridge pups in the same guit,it will be exactly that right?,2 bridge pup in the same gitar?

You can put two bridge PU's in any guitar, just a matter of taste. The reason bridge PU's are overwound is to get their volume up to the same level as the neck PU, since that gets significantly more string energy. If you use the exact same PU in both slots, the neck will be noticeably louder. Is that what you want?

The aph-1 makes les pauls sound like slashes guitar so I rather have pearly gates and I don't play jazz which the aph-1s do well.

There are neck p'ups and there are bridge p'ups for a reason.

I've used a Jazz bridge and a '59 bridge in the neck position (because I assumed they'll give me that "extra edge" I wanted for soaring leads) for a couple of years and I though they sounded pretty good... until I've tried the neck p'up version of each p'up.

What happened? The good just became GREAT. YMMV.

Once upon a time there was no such thing as bridge/neck versions. You just lowered the neck a bit, raised the bridge a bit, and there you go. You may not believe this - BUT THAT WILL STILL WORK!

And, IMO, the bright dark thing when are talking about hotness of classic PAF styles is not that much, or really noticable to my ear. Using mega hot pups, oh yes....

I still say for the music you want to play, and the guitar as you describe it, a Pearly Gates neck will sound much better to you than an A2P

I like them both, but they are very different. PG is what you want.

And a PG bridge will be fine in the neck if that's all you can find. Lower the whole pup (by using the screws in the pickup ring), then raise the treble screws just a touch. It will be just fine
