I can't let you guys FLAME our friend Scott any longer. All kidding aside, the man builds an incredible amp. I am the proud owner of a Celtic Aislinn tweed del. and all I can say is, you don't know what your missing until you play one. I just wish he built the amps full time. He no doubt builds them for the love of it, because the amps are a bargain, considering they play second fiddle to no one! As we all know, Scott is one busy man!, in fact has anyone heard from him in the last few days or weeks?

If i didn't live in australia I'd buy one in a heartbeat. Matchless/Bad Cat specs for less then half the price. Better then Marshall clones etc and cheap not compared to boutique cheap overall IMHO!

I dont hate Marshalls, infact I think they use to be one of the best amp makers ever, but i've realized that besides JCM800 and post tones are just not being the tones for me the build quality is not worth the pricetags. I absolutley LOVE JTM45s tones. But I dont have the bucks to pull a vintage one and I wont touch any of marshalls re-issues with mile long pole. So, here comes Edana - ITS AN AMAZING JTM45 typa tone. The clips on the site? I go back at least twice a month to listen to. I would not be surprised at all if I get one a year from today. Truth is, for what I do I need a soldano avenger first to match my aor for the stereo thing, but Edana is definate targer. Its just a matter of time really. And if Scott ever desides to release a JMP like amp - oh boy, I would be so all over it.

Not to take Scott's thunder but there are a variety of JTM45 builders out there besides Marshall. You might want to do some research into the big Marshall cloners. I know lots of guys like Germino and I've heard their godly tone in person and can therefore vouch for them as well!
I run a Dr. Z Rt. 66 with a Z best 2x12 which is the good Dr.'s take on a JTM45 with an EF86 and a very useful tone stack.
So like I said do some research there are some killer amps being made today.
