Both are not, because they are clones of pre hum cancelling pickups. But with a vintage P90s you need only simple mod to have them hum cancelling in parallel wiring.

Exactly. P90s by themselves are never hum cancelling.
There are some stacked designs like the Gibson p100.....but you'd probably need to deepen your body rout to for that style of pickup.
There might be the option for a stock rw/rp set which will give you 1 of your 3 settings being hum cancelling.
If this is not so, then you have to flip the 2 magnets and resolder the 2 coil wires on the bottom of the pickup.

No P90 vintage reissue are hum canceling. P100 are, and hotter too, but with less sparkle. They work fine though, specially with a preamp/overdrive chain, no noise in the mix. I used them on a 90s LP Double Cut (album Sun Travellers Excursions, songs Calypso and Spirit Dance).

I find that when you get into hum cancelling P-90s you begin to lose the charm and beauty of the tone that a P-90 is known for. To me it makes no sense. If the hum of a P-90 is disturbing to you you might consider a mini-humbucker. IMO, you'll get a much better P-90ish tone out of some minis than you will from a hum cancelling (two coil) P-90.

Doc, totally agree. P-90's have long been considered the 'gold standard' of electric guitar tone. The noise can be managed.
