Are the CS IM1 and CS Frankenstein the same pickup?

Just browsing the Custom Shop, is the former IM1 and current Frankenstein the same pickup?

My understanding is the IM1 had slight differences necessary to avoid whatever infringement/contract/legal issues. Kind of like what the Queenbucker set is to the Magellan set.

I saw that post from Evan about IM1 vs. the pickup in the replica. The IM1 is no longer listed, but this one below is. I assume they are the same?

And sorry to dredge up more EVH pickup stuff, but are the two Fender made EVH pickups available now based on:
1. A production version of the Frankenstein pickup (currently installed in the Striped series?)
2. Updated versions of the Music Man pickups currently installed in the Wolfgang guitars?

Reading further searches online, the EVH Frankenstein is degaussed A2, the IM1 was a degaussed A5, and the Duncan Frankenstein is just A2 (don't know if it's degaussed or not).
