It's really impossible to tell from any two dimensional pic how low action is, without something like a ruler- so I'm fine trusting OP that the action is as low as he says it is. I don't doubt he could turn a screwdriver and get it however low anyone wanted.

Ah forgot...looks good that job, and those bindings are a test for ones patience for sure
....like some of those old vintage guitars, they also had those skinny frets.
And they are soft too... but some have that soft touch and keep them nice for many years!
Have a friend who uses frets with alot of brass in them, they are extremely soft....but I have dressed them once in 23 years...and they where not even that worn...think he can play them for at least another decade!
Love looking at jobs like that...not your average thing to fix!

(I mean Aria Pro II TA series)
I think is quite good to use such guitars (well made and unexpensive) to make that type of experience.
Such different settings will make your client playing with a completely different feel.
But I am afraid he cannot do any tapping with the fretless wonder.

Well, the customer is always right, I guess. Especially if he pays in cash!
This whole thing brings to mind my first Les Paul, a beautiful black beauty with those stoopid small frets. It was also my first electric guitar, coming out of years of playing acoustics. I saved for a long time and finally bought one. Then I spent a year trying to get used to those dumb frets. I couldn't, and thought it was me. I finally ended up selling it and getting a Telecaster.
Well, the customer is always right, I guess. Especially if he pays in cash!
