Is there a way to have this configuration with 2 humbuckers and a 5-way swtich :
Position 1 - Bridge humbucker
Position 2 - Bridge humbucker split
Position 3 - Birdge and Neck humbucker split
Position 4 - Neck humbucker split
Position 5 - Neck humbucker

THe positioning can be changed if needed but I wanna get those pickup configurations with dual humbuckers. Please help me out. Thanx!

I've been looking at this all day . . . but I can't logon at work anymore. :yell:

Basically, if you want this configuration, you need a Superswitch. (Perhaps, a Megaswitch, but I've never used one of those.) I have a stack of doodles the size of a phone book trying to solve this one. Its that middle position that can't be done with a standard 5-way.

Let me know if you need a diagram with the superswitch wiring.

can't be done with a standard 5-way ... it can be done with a standard 3-way and a push/pull, but not a standard 5-way


5-way superswitch = piece of cake .. be sure it'll fit in your control cavity ...
