For non-LP-lover, and non-fancy-maple-top-lover, I LOVE that wine red LP Custom. It's missing its toggle switch tip - you think he'd knock off say, $3000 for that?
That Townsend #1 is uber-cool, too. And the matched HB/P-90 set of goldtops.

The "holy" V would actually be a nice guitar if it didn't have those ridiculous cut-outs in the body. It's almost like a metaphor for Gibson's oligophrenia. I like the idea of a spartan V with 24 frets. Add a neck pickup and then we're in business.

i love that they have a Pete Townshend Number 1 on stock... i bet they want $5000 for it... only 75 were made in wine red... the red sunburst Number 9 in that series oddly did not sell out fast like the wine red and Gold Top Number 3 models did...
the one thing they did to those PT Deluxe Custom Shop things i wish they had not is they added a 1st fret inlay!!!! 70's Deluxes inlays were like Standard and started at the 3rd fret!

Man, that Mira maple top is hot! I have some gas for one of those, even more so without the maple top, when it's in a nice seafoam greenish color. That maple does look hot though...
