Schecter was born from the same family as Suhr, but both went different directions.....boutique vs mass produced.

Schecter makes guitars that appeal to many genres. I think yours follows the original intent....before they went in the direction that markets to metal primarily.

"piano tone" for a bass refers to how the string sounds when struck - like hitting a single piano key below the middle of the keyboard. I'd hate to have a Strat that had "piano" tone - plinky plinky tinkly tinkly :lol:

Thanks. I think really it's just a Robert DeLeo signature bass. Since they/he doesn't have that anymore, they just renamed it the Model T. That's my guess anyways.
