Sounds lyke almost everthing was comin' at me from the dead ctr. Did u pan anything?
I think it would make things sound less cluttered if you got a little creative w/ the panning.

So what would you suggest for panning foamboy?....the drums pretty much have to be dead centre dont they (and plus i dont know how to pan one drum seperately)......maybe i coulda panned bass and guitar a little further away from each other..... bit of a noob when it comes to panning

There are no rules for panning. Listen to some older bands like The Beatles, The Zombies, & The Byrds, etc. They'd often do things like throw the drums in the right speaker, the bass in the left, vox straight up. Hell, listen to Cream's "Sunshine of Ur Love", drums are in the right speaker.
