Let's try this again. I'm selling my '96 MIM Strat. Here are the upgrades:
Bone nut
GFS White Pearloid H/H Pickguard
GFS Chrome Knobs
GFS Fat PAT Nickel Covered Set
Sprague Orange Drop Tone Cap .047uf
Fender 3-Way Switch
CTS 500K Pots
I think you already know the story about the body but I'll tell it again.
It's been routed to accomodate a neck humbucker, it has a burn mark under the pickguard, and a couple of scratchs, not deep, but they're there. It also has some minor fretware in the cowboy cord area, but does not effect the play of the guitar. According to Fender the color is Lake Placid Blue but it doesn't seem as dark as some of the older 60's LPB Strats that I've seen.
Anyway, it plays great, sounds unbelievable, and stays in tune very well. It's currently set up with D'Addario .10's. If you need more pics or have a more specific question, please ask. Thanks!
