Got in touch with our ultra-sick old grind label from the Czech Republic & after them checking out the 10 new Gruesome Malady tracks we were back in the fold :D

Album #2 was actually supposed to be done back in 2006 haha...but now it's scheduled to be out mid-2016 ( ..better late than never lol :p)

Everything's being pro mastered and actually sounds pretty *ahem* ..respectable ...considering the recording process (:lmao:)

We'll hopefully be working with a killer artist called Bill Hauser for the cover art..my bandmate has some especially revolting idea's for that haha..let's see how things go.. :bigthumb:

Very nice. Drums thumbing and a nice clear guitar grind. I like it. Vocals could come up a bit.

lol, I actually did another album track.. (#10, an "outro" - ie..one of my good old loop pedal jams haha..with some cheesy samples thrown in..) while waiting for the other masters to be done..

It's not yet been mastered though..

Also started on a few tracks for a split CD with an Italian grind band we just had an offer from..so yeah, busy :laugh2:

It's been a while since I've played sick **** like this...but I'm totally enjoying it haha!

Yeah..it's actually a pretty open, uncompressed sound which is uncommon for the genre, but I think it works. The vocals are probably as loud as I could get them without burying everything else (4 tracks of vocals.. 1-2 each of everything else)..but overall I can't complain...totally exceeds my expectations for being entirely recorded on my loop pedal :laugh2:

cool man. that reminds me - I just got a ticket for an LA thrash/grind event: municipal waste, ghoul, terrorizer, and repulsion (next month)
