Can anyone help a newbie please? This is only my second project and I'm proper stuck! While cleaning out my box of guitar stuff, I came across a partially wired up Strat scratchplate that I had stored from the early 90s. Some tasty pickups waiting to be slotted into a project. I have a donor Jap 69 reissue ready, but no idea how to fit a new switch and get rocking.
Hot Rails in bridge and neck, Alnico II in middle all wired to a Vol and 2 push-pull tone pots. As I remember it, the middle pot splits the coils on the rails and the bottom pot selects neck and bridge together. There's 3 black and 4 white wires but in what order to connect to a 5 way switch? I've been trawling t'interweb for hours and not come across a diagram that explains this wiring. Can anybody point me in the right direction please? :newangel:
