backing tracks

Is there someplace online I can get free backing tracks?? I used to jam with a drummer from time to time (young man was killed in Iraq :disappoin )

Funny, my playing was always up a notch when I had accompanyment. Plus, I love listening to the instrumental clips you guys record here with a rythym guitar/bass/drum.. I dont have the goods to create the whole track myself, but if I could get some to jam with..

I joined a site called www.licklibrary.com
You have to subscribe, but the quality of the backing tracks is awesome, and they have video lessons for some of them too.

guitarbt is the biggest source that I know of.

These days - you can find almost anything on Google. Just enter a very precise search string, for example: "Eric Johnson Trademark backing track". First result is most times on the money.
