Bad Jacks on Ibanez TS5?

I pulled my cheap TS5 out today and the input and output jacks were cutting in and out when I wiggled the cables. I took the pedal apart but wondered if I need new jacks or just to wet the solder joints? I was wondering too if I can even buy the jacks?

Bad solder joints, due to stressing from movement from The jack plug.
A rehouse with new jacks would help, as in the long run they will keep doing what they do now.
