Banzai Fireball > whatever crap OD pedal you have

Re: Banzai Fireball > whatever crap OD pedal you have

Do you want to trade it for a Spina modded SD-1 and a Tweak Fuzz?

Re: Banzai Fireball > whatever crap OD pedal you have

It's definitely a good pedal. I've had 2 Coldfusions (I & II) and a Fireball II.
I think I liked the Coldfusion II a little more, just because it was fatter sounding, but the Fireball has an extra gain stage and you can tweak the inside of the pedal too.

However......Klon Centaur > Coldfusion > Fireball. hahaha

Come on Jeff. Fireball is only one phone call away. The dealers are waiting for your call.

Yesterday, Gr8scott stopped by my place and I cranked my Traynor (we concluded that my Traynor sounds like $2000 amp) little bit with Fireball in front of it. I nailed November Rain solo tone with my super strat with Jazz neck.

Give the darn dealer a call and give your credit card number. Scott said it sounds like very tubby more than pedals with a tube.

Come on I know you want it. You want it bad.

I would if I didn't like it. Also if I traded it, I wouldn't be able to brag you about it anymore. :laugh2:

Re: Banzai Fireball > whatever crap OD pedal you have

No kidding folks. That pedal is awesome! It has lots of useable tones built right in. He could get some bluesy pushed sounds from it on his clean channel and then use that same pushed sound to boost his gain channel a good bit. He could then dial down the other gain channel on the pedal and use it to push the amps gain channel a tad farther (into metal territory but the gain was so high it was squealing like a stuck pig with heavy feedback). I gots to get me one of those pedals now. Coldfusion sounds nice, but this puppy made a $500 Traynor sound better (to my ears) than the Rivera Chubster sitting beside it.

Speaking of Traynors, I gotta get to playing with my new one... :fingersx:

BYE!! ;)
