bare wire touching other bare wires?

greetings everyone here in seymour duncan forums. this is my first post here, i registered here to post this thread because i couldn't figure something out and can't find anything from google.

i have this guitar wired with 3 humbuckers, i wired it up myself and it works as it should. all the 3 humbuckers come with the bare wire for soldering to ground, and i soldered them to ground of course.

my concern is this: if any of the bare ground wires touch any of the other pickup's bare ground wire, will it cause any problem? i understand if bare hot wire touch bare hot wire, something bad will probably happen (though i don't know exactly what), but bare ground wire to bare ground wire?

Re: bare wire touching other bare wires?

Not a problem. You connect all the bare wires to a common ground.

Re: bare wire touching other bare wires?

Grounds touching grounds isn't really a problem. You can insulate wires with heat shrink tubing or you can use clear nail polish to insulate joints and bare wire.
