It's hard for us to give a practical answer, since all gear is different, even if they are identical models. But we can still try ot ballpark it for you. The "everything on 6" or "everything on 7" settings work well if the guitar is distorted. In this case you would probably want to scoop out some upper midrange from the bass amp. A clean guitar signal can sound cool with a little scoopy of the midrange, and the bass amp can be adjusted to compliment the tone.
