Bass Pedal Boards

Hey bass players what does your pedal board (provided you have one) look like?

I want to get a bass rig going in the future and I am in need of some ideas.

Re: Bass Pedal Boards

Bass players don't usually use a lot of effects, but I have a whole bunch that I use with my bass. Some of the pedals/effects which are popular with bass players are compressor/limiter, EQ, tuner, noise suppressor, and chorus. I like experimenting with different ODs, distortions, and fuzzes also. Also, if you have to choose between delay and reverb, choose delay. There are some bassists out there who use reverb, but reverb compromizes the clarity of notes a lot more than delay. I basically like to layer up effects on my bass as much as I do on my guitar.

I was going to be a smartass and just post a cable, but I do have a tuner off to the side...

I don't like effects on my bass, and I never use the compressor/limiter in my amp.

Re: Bass Pedal Boards

The reason I posted this was because I was flipping through an old magazine I had and it had some bass rigs in it and they would put most guitar rigs to shame!
