Battle Of The V's

Re: Battle Of The V's

Yeah, I really like the Brent Hinds model.. Very classy. Plus pups are already upgraded too. The only "cheesy signature thing about it, is on the back of the headstock.. I like the purple Schecter V too, cept the headstock

I want to make a replica of this one. I was thinking a nice long glued in tenon style joint would be fun to try.

That Schecter is also very good looking. I want to get a set of Bill Kelliher pickups to put into my Thunderhorse.

the guitar itself is ok, but the pickguard is aweful..IMO of course. The mirrored one looks better, but its kinda like just a decorative space filler. whats the point?

Re: Battle Of The V's

Thats why i think it would be a great design to do a big long glued in tenon joint for the neck. You could hide the additional glued in neck under the pickguard.
