I am looking at replacing my second guitar a Squire Affinity Strat its a descent guitar it was my starter. My main guitar is a Godin Session Strat. Now I was down at my local Shop and spotted this nice little black beauty sat down and played it for about an hour. I liked it was quite playable and prefer it over my Squire. But I have not found much info on this particular model as far as reviews. Would like any info I can get before making a decision.

Pics? :D

EDIT: I've never played one before but I could see it being an upgrade to the Affinity, IMO

Did you play it through an amplifier? If so, then you know all you need to know. I mean, you played it for an hour.

I am not sure it has the value for the dollar. It is new in a shop, but it's 3yrs old according to the quality sticker on the back of the guitar 2013. They were asking $399.00, but now reduced to $295.00. I see you must be a B.C Rich guitar fan according to your Avatar picture. I have found very few reviews on this guitar which I am puzzled. I like to know from someone who has one. I went to the B.C Rich website for info the guy sent me an e-mail back told me to go to facebook where I found nothing. I have read that the body is made of Nato some say Mahogany, and some Basswood. I ask the guy from the B.C Rich web site and gives me no answer what's up with that? He tells me to go to the Facebook site. This does not make sense to me. Plus I have gone to some other forums as well very little info on this axe. Obviously by the looks of things i'm going to find very little. Can you enlighten me on this guitar Jackson Distorsion. To me it takes more than just playing the guitar for an hour to decide whether or not this axe will live up to my expectation. I like to know if the guitar has some issues to consider before I purchase it.
