My friend is thinking of purchasing one. Tell me your thoughts on this bass. Because he's purchasing this over the internet, quality control is an important factor.

i never had problems with my NJ Riches but I'm not sure if this apllys to basses as well. He should probably try one out somewhere.

My bass player scored one of the neckthru versions as a backup bass recently and it is pretty nice. The pups are fair but other than that it is a good bass no issues.
