Bedroom Amps - Your Favorite

Re: Bedroom Amps - Your Favorite

Really like the Roland xl40.

Or for quieter, the vox metal headphone amp. I am really surprised at the tones from this little bastard.

My Fender Mustang V2 is pretty cool. Tons of different tones at the turn of a knob

I've had a few of the Mustang models and I think they blow the Fender G-Dec stuff away! As far as small modelers go, I liked the Mustang and Vox the best. Only model that I liked better was the Line 6 Bogner SpiderValve, but I had the head version, either 100 or 120 watts can't remember, and it couldn't hardly be considered a small bedroom practice rig.

My favourite is my tweed Pro Junior (in my avatar). If I need to use headphones, I use my Mustang III. But for best sound, I like the Pro Junior with a pedal or two in front of it (lately it's been a Super Badass distortion with a touch of Hall of Fame reverb.)

AmpliTube iOS and a pair of headphones. I plug it in to a small mixer along with my laptop and jam along with songs currently in my band's rotation. It has the ability to import songs in from my phone's music library and I do that sometimes too. In my house, this is the perfect setup.

I like my Fender Princeton 112. AlthoughI it can get really loud with the volume at 3 already..
