Behringer Amps... and others? Suggestions?

Anyone reccomend these amps? Or the opposite?
I'm in the process of looking to buy a new amp. I would get a tube amp but I lack the funds. So I guess solid state is the route I'm taking.

What are your thoughts about these amps? If anyone has any experience with the V-AMPIRE LX1-112 model, what did/do you think? That's the amp that I'm looking at, at the moment.

I'm also looking at the Line 6 Spider II 112, and the Roland Cube 60.

Any other amp suggestions would be appreciated. Anything $400.00 and below is the price range I'm looking for. 30-75 watts is adequate. Mainly just bedroom playing and what not, nothing huge.
A little more info: I'll be mostly playing a 2000 Fender MIM Strat {Custom(b), Cool Rails(m), Hot Rails} through it. Mainly metal, or anything related to that. I don't want to get into sub-catagorizing genres and stuff. Basically heavy stuff. Standard tuning as well as Drop D and C tunings.

I need a little guidance.

Well, for $400 USD my choice would be between the following tube amps:

Fender Blues Deluxe - 40W - fantastic clean channel, add a nice distortion pedal and you're set
Mesa Boogie Subway Rocket - 20W - great sounding amp all around, and a very loud 20 watts!
or maybe even an older Crate Blue Voodoo BV60....this one would be harder to find in your price range, but the other two often pop up on ebay in and around your price range.... I'd say forget the modelling amps and go tube, although I have played through the Line6 Spider and was reasonably pleased with the achievable tones.

I would go with the Line 6 Spider II out of the amps you've mentioned. Line 6 offers great tone at an affordable price. I personally would never touch a Behringer Amp with a ten foot pole, because I've heard what they make is mostly garbage. I don't know much about Roland amps, however, I dont think I've ever had a guitarist ever tell me they owned a Roland amp, which tells me that they probably suck.
