Behringer

[Rascuache]

Does anyone have any experience with Behringer equipment, specifically the Behringer LX1200 V-Ampire Head, or any of their V-Ampire stuff? How is it?

Ya man I own the V-Ampire combo. I've really liked it for practicing at home and recording. I have been able to get some really great tones out of the amp. I am looking to sell it though so if you're interested PM me.

I had a Behringer amp (SS), and it blew up the first time I cranked it.

Personally I would recommend you also look at the V-tone series by Behringer. IMO, it's a nicer sounding amp compared to the V-ampire..reason being the V-tones are analog amp models w/ digital effects, and the V_ampire is all digital modeling.

Quality does seem to be suspect, but there's no doubt they give you alot of amp for the $.
