If you pedal jockeys had to run a clean rig (just a guitar and an amp) what would it be? Mine is in my sig. I love the tone I get from my setup and I'm wondering what would do it for you sans pedals. :22:

Les Paul through a non-master volume Marshall head into a 4x12 cabinet and an attenuator that would allow me to crank my Marshall to 11.....
Or....A 4X10 Fender 59 Bassman....LOL

Stop it....I didn't even think you could spell Hondo, let alone type it. I think a cheap piece of gear would either burst into flames in your hands, or cause such an immediate rash that you'd have to set it down. :laugh2: :laugh2:

a gibson SG standard into a single rectifier, or one of the older 2-channel dual rectifiers. with the marshall 4x12, of course.
