1960AV is the ideal one because of V30's, but a regular 1960 with G75T sounds right, and later you can swap out two for V30 and have a mix of two of the best 412 speakers.

I had two G12H-100 and two modern G12T-75 speakers in my 1982a cab and it was horribly out of balance. I replaced the two 75's with WGS Veteran 30's and x-patterned them with some nice thick speaker wire courtesy of Mojotone and it sounds freaking unbelievable now!!!!!
Watch Craigslist for a quality cab with V30s or T75 Celestion speakers in it (why don't people fill in location?). You can find a good Marshall cab in the $300-$500 range if you are patient.
another vote for the 1960AV or for more sonic boom go for the 1960BV. mustaine uses the same speakers in these cabs. the speakers do every genre well and are tight for metal. no flub and the extra heavy magnet just pounds out the tone.
