All through the site of SD it is written, the dc resistence is directly proportional to the power of pickup and inversly proportional to the resonance peak.
I am looking for a single coil sized humbucker for my neck postion which can produce a well balanced tone like SH-4 (it's in my bridge), I need a pickup which has 35% power and 65% resonance peak. Please suggest me a good pickup.

My favorite for what you described is the JB Jr.

I have had a Little '59, a Hot Rails, and a JB Jr. in my Stratocaster within the past 6 months.

Edit: I'd rank them, for your purpose, as:

1) JB Jr.
2) Hot Rails
3) Little '59

I have not used any other single-coil-sized-himbuckers though.

jb jr sounds like a good option to me

for mids I would go with the hotrails personally, I've played them in both a tele and an ibanez strat copy and they really give you a nice boosted mid tone, really fattened them up for a good rock tone, I personally didn't care for the full size JB I had in a strat, far too bright for my tastes

The SH-4 give a good amount of treble (high frequencies and all the harmonics), so to get that in a humbucking neck strat pickup, I'd recommend you listen to the Vintage Rails (the Classic Stack Plus has no online sound sample). Most humbucking single-sized pickups lose far too much treble and should not even be manufactured.

Be sure to check the DC resistance of both your bridge pickup and the Vintage Rails and other options, as the bridge needs to be a higher power (DC resistance) and that means in the range of 30% to 50% higher than the neck pickup. 100% higher could mean you'd have volume problems when switching between pickups. An amazing thing about the SH_4 is that it keeps most of the high frequencies while being a relatively high output (high DC resistance) pickup; very out of the ordinary.
