New-ish guitar day! I've actually had it for about a month, but have barely had time to touch it. Minarik Lotus, Chinese made, upgraded tuners (locking Gotohs), upgraded bridge and stop bar (Tone Pros), SD Jazz neck and DiMarzio Super Distribution bridge... Can't wait to make time to actually play it!

One of them landed on my radar from some random search I was doing a while back, and I was really intrigued by the shape, not that strats, teles and Les Paul's aren't wonderful instruments, it's just nice to see something a little different now and then. All the reviews that I saw were very positive, and these tend to reside in the $300~500 range, so I figured that it was worth a poke... I'll probably play it at a small jazz-standards winery gig tomorrow, just for shits 'n' giggles...
