Sounds great, but your tone sounds thicker than the original? Maybe it’s the layering of your guitar over the original?

No, the backing tracks, although the real ones, are just drums, bass and vox... and you can hear just a smidge of guitar bleed-through in mics (they must've recorded together).
The guitar is 100% mine.
Maybe a hair too saturated...
