I am not a big fan of it but it is a classic fuzz pedal. Or at least the American version is. But from what I gathered the circuit schematic is the same with a few resistance value difference.
I was considering getting one though at some point because you can easily mod them to tailor the sound to your liking, and they aren't too expensive. I think if you like to tweak electronics it could be worth it.

That's just the name, Big Muff Pi. Say it out loud, you'll get it.
Which Russian? The black one is a dime a dozen on ebay, but the green ones are more rare. They are definately different than the US originals and reissues, more distortion, less fuzz.
Big Muff and Tweak Fuzz are two completely different sounds. Youtube Big Muff and Fuzz Face videos for examples. I have a few muffs and a few fuzzes, different enough to own both for sure.

ok, if the name is jsut supposed to be big muff PIE, as abbosed to big muff P.I. then yes i understand ahaha.
ok ive declined the black russian big muff as it seems not quite what im after. i have a visual sound jekyll & hyde which hjandles all my distortion.overdrive needs OPERFECTLY. i literally want a fuzz pedal to add to the distortion or jsut have a completely new fuzz tone.
i think at the moment im going of the tweak fuzz out of cost and curiosity.
