there's a bass cab simulation preset on garageband called Big Wheels. What is that based on?

Which version of Garageband and on which platform? (There is no factory preset of that name in GB10 for OS X machines.)

anyways, i like it. it sounds thuddy with not as much mids. if you crank the guitar volume its fuzzy so i roll it down.

Well, it is absent from v.10.1.0.
The menu in your screen grab seems to consist almost entirely of guitar amp models.
I associate the pictorial representation of a Fender bass with Garageband's ROMpler sound library. In this instance, bass guitar samples to be triggered from a MIDI keyboard controller.
