Either black or nickel covered.

There are very few guitars that look good with bright white bobbins IMO....perhaps shredders can make use of them, but not classic designs like PRS or LPs (ok an exception for Buckethead's white LP :D ).

Hi, I only like double white on my white Strats with white pickgaurds. Mine are painted Snow White so double white
does look cool.
I agree about white on Gibson and PRS, and others that look that way. I must say, parchment would look good in a LPBurst,
Either zebra or double bobbin. I've seen it and since it is not cream or white, there would be no patent problem, I would think
anyway.

Sorry, this is a bit late know that you've decided on black, but nickel covered neck and black bridge is one of my favorite combinations. I would over said it in my earlier post, but I totally forgot about it.
