Black winter as a agressive prog metal pickup ?

I'm sorry if it isn't the place to ask but I'm new to this forum !so the question is,like mentioned in the title: can black winter give me the tone I want for super agressive hight gain prog metal? So it takes a pickup that will handle the big heavy rythm playing and the lead/shred . It has to have a great note separation . For the clean I use my neck pickup a lot but I just need a BRIDGE pickup for the moment.


So I'd like to know what you think about it and if you disagree with black winter why? And what do you suggest ? Knowing that my guitar is a hagstrom xl-5 made in basswood.
