Blackout question

Hi folks,
I've bought a PRS SE Dave Navaro that someone has fitted SD Blackouts, but they have made a complete arse of it. I found the correct wiring diagram, but still the volume control doesn't work properly. Should the pickups have come as a kit with volume pot etc, if so, what do I need to make it good.

yes, the blackouts came with controls when new. you can order what you need. im not familiar with the navaro prs

You can also take a few pics of the wiring in case any of us notice something that isn't right.
