My guitar has a Humbucker bridge and single coil neck slots.

I have Vol, Tone and 3 way switch.

It has a panel jack like this: http://www.tubesandmore.com/products/W-SC-152B

1. Will this stereo panel jack work?
2. Will any stereo jack work?
3. Do Blackouts come with the tone capacitors?
4. I want White Blackouts but can only find them on eBay are these white ones custom order? Special run?
5. Do you wire the single coil as though it were the humbucker for the neck?

Hey Dejoblue! The Blackouts come with everything, 25K pots and Stereo jack. As for the white Blackouts, they're available but big stores usually only carry the more common items. Many of those eBay guys make their living selling the special options like colors. Of course, any Seymour Duncan dealer can order it for you in white if you'd like.

Does the included kit have a battery holder?

for retrofitting into a guitar that does not have a battery route for a black box battery housing?



I cannot use the included stereo jack, my guitar is routed for a panel jack:

Will any stereo jack work such as the stereo panel jack (Switchcraft Endpin Panel Jack # 155)?

Yes. Provided that the contacts are connected in the correct order, any three contact (tip-ring-sleeve) jack will work.

No. SD does not supply a battery holder clip with the pickup(s).

I have successfully secured the PP3 inside numerous Stratocaster and Ibanez RG-type guitars by positioning it between the controls and trapping it using compressible foam.

So far, all SD Blackouts pickups come with hot, ground, +9v cable. Hence, the schematic diagrams do not need to differentiate between HB and SC-sized pickups.
