Blackouts tone bypass

Anyone tried blackouts with tone bypass?
If so is there a big difference?

nobody has tried a tone pot bypass on Blackouts?
Same effect as Passive pickup tone bypass?

Well I tried it with EMG's, and it made no difference- the quality pots and active design take the resistance of a pot out of the circuit when it's wide open

customizing a guitar and only have room for 1 volume nob(long story) so just wan't sure if it would cause any problem wiht the active pickups, I just recently started trying active pickups.
