Blackstar 5 Question

Was looking for a small watt for home and decided on the Blackstar HT-5. Seems to be a nice little piece. I did like the VHT Special 6 at half the price but went with the Blackstar because of the options and sound. Anyway my question for you fine folks here is this. When I'm fiddling around I like to record it on a Boss ME 600, would it be possible to plug the the speaker out ( 4 or 8 ohms.) or the speaker emulated headphone line into the guitar or mic.. input without damaging the ME 600? Blackstar HT-5 is the Amp. It wont let me fix the heading.

use the speaker emulated headphone hole. thats what i do, when i get and fancy and actually record my ideas.

Thanks alot, that's the way I was leaning but I wanted to be sure. Can't wait until it gets here.
