I'm trying to get the wiring back to the original blacktop's HH wiring. Fender's diagram isn't correct and I didn't take enough pics before I changed things around.
I could use a diagram of the original, if you wouldn't mind sharing it.

I'm going to have my Blacktop Strat opened up for a pickup swap either tonight or later this week, I'll take some pics of the stock wiring for you.
The schematic in the second post above isn't the same as the factory wiring. Positions 2&4 on the Blacktop have both pickups on with either the inner or outer coils selected.
I have a similar issue!! Buti am trying to install a sh-5 duncan into the bridge of my blacktop strat..... i wired it directly the same as the original pup.... noise is scratchy and half gain... any advice??
The Fender Big Apple and Double Fat Stratocaster circuit involves flipping the magnet in the neck position pickup and connecting the two ends of each coil in reverse.

You have to correct for the difference in color codes though.
Duncan black to where the Fender red ties in.
Duncan red and white connected together go to the green and white
Green and bare in place of the black and bare.
The Strat-Talk schematic diagram is correct for Fender own-brand humbuckers and the Inside Coils, Outside Coils combinations in selector switch positions 2 and 4.

If you have matched the positions of the colour coded conductor wires of a Seymour Duncan humbucker to the same locations as the stock humbucker, the SD will not function correctly as a humbucker.
If you have correctly translated between Fender and SD colour codes and there are still hum problems in selector switch positions 2, 3 and 4, you have a magnetic polarity issue. The magnet in one of your pickups will need to be inverted.
