It looks like the bathroom, chiropractor and morgue are all to the right.

Re: Blog: The Mysteries of the Neck, Revealled!

You use a syringe and a spoon to burnish frets?

Well, sure you can. Just take some hero, er I mean, burnishing solution and place it on the spoon. Then you heat up the bottom of the spoon with a lighter until the solution becomes a hot liquid. Then you extract the burnishing liquid from the spoon using the syringe. Then you insert the needle into your er I mean dispense the burnishing solution onto the top of the fret. The most important step is to next take 0000 steel wool and rub the solution into the fret and wipe clean.

Har har...

Next time you get a dent in a fret or wear a slight divot on one - give it a shot. Or you can do a level and crown.

The syringe is to hold superglue for gluing troll... er frets down where they should be. :)

So what ... I just ... rub the spoon on the fret? I don't get it.

Are you sure there isn't a lighter and a couple feet of surgical tubing involved?

Yep rub with pressure - use a little lube if you like. Start with the sides and work your way in. I'd go further but its starting to sound like a porno.

You're just attempting to push the softer fret material with the hard surface of a Stainless Steel spoon back into somewhat original shape. You're also work hardening the fret in the process.

The lighter and surgical tubing are for slingshots. Nothing like flinging flaming projectiles from slingshots after tuning up yer axe to perfection. :-) Who doesn't like flaming projectiles? Except when you catch the woods on fire...

I'm going to give him the benefit of the doubt and assume he is diabetic and the spoon was just there by coincidence.
