BMP 1 in ibanez s7420

Just wondering if anyone has used a blackout modular preamp in an s7420. did you have to use the long pots or standard ones?

Btw, pretty sure only Gibson uses long shaft pots and maybe a few others. Being an S, it's most likely short shaft.
