It ain't cheap, but if you can come up with the scratch, scratch that itch! Best amp purchase I've ever made- 20th Anniversary Shiva and the oversized 2x12 cabinet.

The more I talk about the amp, the more I feel I'm going to have some massive seller's remorse, but I just won't know what else is out there if I don't take a chance. It is a damn good amp though (I've had mine for something like 6-7 years).

Oh Stop!! Just go buy it & be done with it. It's a great amp, you won't regret it! I love my Shiva!:fingersx:

Well I'll have to put some money away before I do, maybe even get rid of a couple of pieces. I have to consider the sanity of keeping both a 1970 super reverb (AB763 circuit) and a 65 reissue super reverb and getting a Bogner Shiva. I'd have to let one of the Supers go I think.

Dump the Re issue. The 70's RI is a great amp! I know what you mean about having too many. I now own a Shiva 1 12" combo(should have bought a head but at the time it was the right way to go), a Komet 60, a 68 Super Reverb, a 67 or 68 Deluxe Reverb, a Marshall 900 50W 2 12" combo, an SWR LA15 bass amp & a Shenandoah 80W acoustic amp! Out of all of my amps I use the Shiva & the Komet( I A/B them) almost every day. I gig mostly with the Deluxe Reverb & I can't remember the last time I used the Super or the Marshall. It's not so much as I don't need them, its more about what I play. I am playing in a blues band & the Marshall is a tad too aggressive for the music we are doing, the Super Reverb is too loud for most of the clubs we play. I use the Komet & the Shiva mostly at home but Gigs I use the Deluxe!

That's so cool you can find a way to incorporate all those different amps for different applications. I'm surprised out of all of them you gig with a Deluxe Reverb. I would have thought with the Shiva master volume you'd be using that all the time live and reserve the DR for home use. You must have a loud house going on with that Komet!
