neck and middle Dimarzio virtual 2's.

I want something that is "different" I have 3 other guitars that can be my
80's metal machines. The guitar is the yamaha listed in my signature. It is alder with a traditional tremelo.

Pearly Gates, Pearly Gates +, or 59 would work well with the VirtuAL 2's if you keep the 250k pots.

I think they are 500k I cannot tell, it is not written where I can see it on the pot. How close to a JB or CC will the PG be? I want something totaly different

The PG is totally and utterly different from the CC and JB. It will be cleaner, clearer, brighter, and a bit tighter. It will also mix a lot better with the singles than the JB or CC.

Can be any brand. I would need F spaced though the APH-1 only comes in standard I think.
