I'm looking for a bridge humbucker , that has a Tight and focused lows and articulate, also a good pick attack, it has to have clarity and definition , it doesnt have to be super output but the enough to play metal, and hable to play classic and new metal tones.

my guitar is as schecter blackjack, body and neck mahogany, rosewood fingerboard.

What will be the best seymour duncan HUmbucker for me?

How important are mids to you? If not so much, a Custom 5. If you like mids a little bit, then go with the regular Custom.

Re: Bridge humbucker sugestion

Custom or if you want higher output, Duncan Distortion. If you want lower output, Screamin Demon.

not sure what you consider classic or metal tunes. but have you heard of these guys:

that's a little more like late 80s / early 90s sleaze rock, but you get the idea of the goals they have for their guitars.

one of the guitarist in the band has told me several time that the Seth Lover is excellent and he has them in several guitars. he was the reason I even consider looking at the Seth set. he's told me that it is the one pickup that he'd choose for a session/gig if he had no idea what amp he'd be dealing with.

I intentionally tried to find things the Seth set would not do and they didn't disappoint. it's one of the pickup sets that I'd like to ask Seymour to personally wind for me.

it's not as scooped as the C5 and has the same resonant peak as the Custom while being more open-sounding (you asked for articulation and clarity and definition).

Interesting comment about the Seth's for the OPs application.

I find alnico 5 HBs in the bridge to be tight for fast riffing and palm muting.

I'd look at the JB too. It's what Mustaine used for years. When I strum a power chord with a bridge JB, it's more intense than any other HB I have used. It also cleans up nice at lower guitar volumes.

Re: Bridge humbucker sugestion

The Schecter is a naturally warm sounding guitar so your desire for a pup that it tight, articulate, with clarity, and not high output is right on spot.

The C5 is a good choice but maybe a bit higher output than you're looking for, but then again, maybe not.
The JB also fits into that category. Again, it is a little high on the output side but it does clean up well when lowering the guitar vol.
The Demon is an excellent choice and one of the most versatile. This is one of my personal favorites.
Another consideration is the Pearly Gates.
