i am currently building a strat setup for h/s/s with a hot rails in the neck, cool rails middle, and im not sure what to full size humbucker would be best to put in the bridge. i play classic rock and some blues. Any suggestions would be very helpful.

Re: bridge humbucker

Suggestion: JB humbucker
Caution: it has been dubbed "potentially too bright" in alder bodied guitars with maple or ebony fretboards, but it is my personal favorite humbucker.

In a Charvel traditional that I had, it had a Custom 5 bridge, Hot rails middle, and a cool rails neck. It was a good sounding setup.

I was going to say a 59 but, I am not sure how well it will mix with a hot rail and cool rail.

Re: bridge humbucker

My buddy (Jackson MIA) has a strat clone with an hot, cool, Custom Custom and it sounds fantastic. The rails are VERY bassy and have to lowered by the CC mixed with the hot rails sounded very good.
